Home meals*
On principle, we do not provide medical services unless requested by persons on fixed-term contracts. Medical services include taking blood pressure, checking pulse, checking temperature, assisting with medication based on instructions. Medical services will be provided for additional service fees.
*Home Meals: please provide us with nutrition, allergy and/or specific needs regarding food likes and dislikes. Additional services fees incurred.

We prepare a plan based on the individual’s health conditions. Aside from mentioned above, other services such as “assistance with getting dressed” or “Shampooing” are available. There may be additional charges applied based on the service.

The Contract
Permanent contract - 3 months to long term
After the initial contact, the case manager will propose a case plan. The case manager builds a case plan based on the period the customer is hope to use the plan. At the end of the contract term, the case manager provides updated plan. The process flow from “Contact” to “Utilize” is explained at the “Utilize Flow” page.
Spot Contract - Applicants during campaign period
During the campaign period and only available to potentially independent clients, spot campaigns are available for short periods. From minimum 2 to maximum of 5 hours per day, the client can choose time and day of the week. Same services as the long term contracts can be chosen and as many time as desired for the duration of the campaign. Also after the end of campaign period, the services can be switched and continued as long term contract.
