How do I get started?お電話（1-844-690-2525）かメール（お問合せページ）にてお気軽にお問合せください。ケースマネージャーによる聞き取り調査後、ケアプランを提示させていただきます。ご利用の流れページにて「お問合せ」〜「ご利用まで」をご覧ください。
Please feel free to either call (1-844-690-2525) or email (please see Contact Us page). One of our case managers will create a care plan for you. Please read through Service page to learn about flow of the process.

利用料金について教えてください。
How much will it cost for Home care?生活支援のサービスは1時間$30〜、身体介護のサービスは1時間$35〜、時間単位でご利用いただけます。献立の作成や特別なサービスをご依頼された場合には、別途料金がかかります。詳しいお見積り等はケアプラン作成時にケースマネージャーよりご案内いたします。
Assistance daily life routines is from $30/hour; health aid care service is from $35/hour; available on an hourly basis. Menu creation or request for special services are subject to additional fees. The estimation and details of the care plan is provided by the case manager.

サービス内容を教えてください。
Please tell me about the service details.スタッフがご利用者様のご自宅へ訪問し、作成したケアプランに基づいた生活支援、または身体介護をさせていただきます。原則として、ご利用者様への医療行為はいたしません。ただし、定期契約のご利用者様に限り、ご要望があれば体調管理（体温、脈拍、血圧の測定）を行い、必要に応じて薬の管理や投与（ホームドクターの指示書に基づく）も行います。（別途料金がかかります）
Our staff will visit the care recipients’s house and provide livelihood support and physical care based on the care plan they have created. Principally, we do not perform any medical practice. However, only available to long term contract holders and if interested, health management services (such as body temperature, pulse and blood pressure measurement) can be performed; also if necessary, management and administration of medicine (based on doctor’s directions) can be performed. What is a Care Plan?ケアプランとは、ご利用者様がどのような介護サービスを、「いつ」「どれだけ利用」するのかを決める介護計画書のことです。お問合せ後、ケースマネージャーがご利用者様の状態やご家族のご要望をお聞きして作成いたします。
Care plan is a nursing care plan that reflects what kind of nursing care is required and includes When and How much care is required. The case manager creates the plan based on client’s condition and their family’s requests.

何時から何時までヘルパーさんに来ていただけますか？
From what time to what time can the helper come?9AMから6PMまでの間でご利用いただけます。それ以外の時間でのご利用希望はご相談ください。
The helpers are available between 9am to 6pm. Please consult with us regarding hours outside this period.
